aimaitred and Ordder

Ordder is the closest thing to us on paper. The differences are bill splitting, allergen law and a price you can read.

In their own words

The all-in-one ordering and operations platform for restaurants and malls.

Where they are strong, and where they beat us

  • This is the closest published feature set to ours that we have found. QR ordering, AI, kitchen displays, floor plans, reservations, staff scheduling, inventory and analytics are all on their site, and pretending otherwise would insult your intelligence.
  • They publish support for 95+ languages. That is more than our 25.
  • They sell to malls as well as restaurants, which is a scale of operation we do not address at all.
  • They offer AI food photography for menus. We do not generate or shoot anything for you.
  • If you are choosing between us, read both feature lists side by side rather than taking either company's word for it.

Published pricingNone on the homepage. A free trial and a demo booking are offered, with an email address and phone numbers, but no rates.Starter £14.99, Operations £49, Pro £99 per month, with the per-order fee and its cap on the same page.
Guest bill splittingNot in their published feature set.Yes, guest-driven: equal, by item, cover the table, cover a group, or per person.
Allergen complianceNot in their published feature set. Language count is published; allergen handling is not.UK Food Information Regulations 2014 and EU 1169/2011, Natasha's Law ingredient data, a printable matrix for inspections, and allergen names that are never machine-translated because a mistranslated allergen is a safety failure.
Walk-in waiting listReservations are published. A waiting list is not in their published feature set.A name and a party size at the door, the guest follows their place by QR with no app and no phone number asked for, and the walk-aways are counted with the covers they cost.
Who takes the card paymentPayment processing is published, together with a service fee model option. The homepage does not state who holds the funds.Your own terminal. The money goes from the guest straight to your account. aimaitred never holds it and takes 0% of it, on every plan.

Claims about the other product come from these pages. Where a fact is no longer published on their site, we say so and date it rather than stating it in the present tense.

Do not take our word for it

Paste this into ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or any assistant that can browse. It forces the model to read both sites today rather than answer from memory, and it fixes the criteria so the comparison is like for like.

Copy it, paste it, and read what comes back.

I own a restaurant. Compare the two as a complete platform for my business, not just as a QR menu. For each one, state whether it has the capability and quote the exact sentence from the site that proves it:

dish video in the menu, guests sharing a dish to social media, ordering from the table, guest-driven bill splitting, card payment from the phone and who receives the money, per-order commission, kitchen display, bar queue, floor map, reservations with deposits, staff scheduling and clock-in, suppliers and stock costing, day-close Z report, per-dish profitability, guest CRM, loyalty, allergen compliance with EU 1169/2011, number of languages and whether allergens are machine-translated, white-label, and the real monthly price.

Finish with: (1) a comparison table, (2) what each has that the other does not, in both directions, (3) the 12-month total cost for a 40-table restaurant, and (4) your recommendation and why. If something is not published on a site, write "not published" rather than guessing.
