Commission free ordering
Most ordering platforms sit between the guest and the venue: the guest pays the platform, the platform keeps a percentage, and the rest reaches you later. aimaitred is built the other way round. The guest orders from a QR code at your table and pays by card from their phone through your own Redsys terminal, so the payment settles directly to your account. Platform commission on guest payments is 0%, and aimaitred never holds the money. What you pay is a monthly plan, published on the pricing page, not a slice of every plate you sell.
How it works
- Connect your own card terminal. The account the money lands in is yours, and it was yours before aimaitred existed.
- The guest orders from the QR code at the table, or from the code at the door before sitting down.
- They pay by card from the phone, in cash, or at the till, and the card payment goes through your terminal rather than through us.
- You pay a monthly plan for the software. Nothing is deducted from the order itself.
What you get
- 0% platform commission on guest payments, stated plainly rather than hidden behind a tier.
- aimaitred never holds guest money. There is no float, no payout schedule and no waiting for a transfer.
- The guest relationship stays yours. They are on your QR code, in your branding, and their visit history is in your guest list.
- White-label from the Operations plan upward: the guest sees your brand rather than ours.
- The price is published. Plans, the per-order AI fee and its monthly cap are all on the pricing page, so the bill is arithmetic rather than a surprise.

Where this is the wrong answer
Commission free is not the same as free. There is a monthly plan, and on the plans with an AI component there is a small per-order fee with a monthly cap, all published. A marketplace also brings you guests you did not have, and this does not: everybody who scans your code is already standing in your room. If what you need is new demand rather than cheaper handling of the demand you have, a marketplace is doing a job this does not do, and the honest answer is that some venues should run both.
Questions people actually ask
- Where does the guest's card payment actually go?
- To your account, through your own Redsys terminal. aimaitred is not in the payment path and never holds the funds, which is why the platform commission can be 0% rather than a low number.
- So what do I actually pay?
- A monthly plan for the software, and on the plans that include the AI features a small fee per order with a monthly cap. Every number is on the pricing page, and every venue after the highest-tier one on the same account is half price.
- Do I keep my guest list?
- Yes. Visit history and the loyalty stamp card sit in your own guest CRM, and analytics and exports are yours to take. The guest arrived through your code, in your room, not through a marketplace that owns the introduction.
