Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-15

This Refund Policy explains how subscription refunds work for venues using aimaitred. It does not apply to food and drink paid in person at a venue, which is handled by the venue.

1. Subscriptions

Venue subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

2. 14-day goodwill window

If you are a new subscriber and the Service does not work for your venue, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will work with you and, where the issue is on our side, offer a full refund of that first payment.

3. Renewals & partial periods

Renewal payments and partial billing periods are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.

4. Exceptions

Where mandatory consumer law gives you a stronger right of withdrawal or refund, that law applies. We may also issue discretionary refunds or service credits for prolonged outages caused by us.

5. How to request a refund

Email office@aimaitred.com from your account address with your venue name and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to suspension.
